DIRECTV.com redesign 2022
Once the decision was made to take directv.com in a new direction, a consulting company was contracted to do the user experience legwork with DIRECTV teams working in tandom on the creative. The lighter, simpler design resonated very quickly with users. Below are some of the pages from the initial launch.
TAKING A STEP FORWARD
With the 2021 relaunch of DTV.com, DIRECTV learned a lot about what resonated with users (refreshed visuals) and what fell short of expectations (darker style)

Switching directv.com over to a lighter look-and-feel was an instant success, garnering positive feedback from user studies
